摘　　要：太极拳推手是在实战条件下的双人对抗练习,在与对方肢体接触时,要善于体察对方的虚实、强弱和力量的方向,并相机而动,应感而发,控制对手施以有效打击。文章对太极推手的内涵、特点及原理等方面进行了研究,旨在拓宽太极拳活动的新思路,为体育教学改革和发展提供参考依据,并试图带动太极拳运动的普及与推广。Tai Chi Pushing Hands is a kind of practice in conditions of combat against each other,through physical contact to tune each other＇s strength and power by judging the false and truth,and take control of his opponent,to exert valid attack.The paper does the study on the connotation,characteristics and principles of Tai Chi Pushing Hands for the purpose of expanding new ideas for Taijiquan activities,providing reference for the teaching reform and development of P.E.,and trying to promote the spread of Taijiquan.
