摘　　要：2号高炉是包钢炼铁厂设备最陈旧、装备最落后的老高炉。1997年,通过稳定高炉操作,合理制定上下部调剂措施,加强各项管理,全年共产合格生铁916 356.6 t,利用系数为全厂之首,入炉焦比降至482.0kg/t。The No. 2 BF is one of the BFs with obsolete equipments. In 1997,the productivity of No. 2 BF was the highest among all the BFs of Baotou Steel through stablizing BF operation , drawing up reasonable adjusting measures and strengthening management.
