摘 要:采用微波辅助二氧化氯(MW/ClO2)氧化降解苯酚模拟水溶液,研究了影响该系统氧化降解苯酚的各种因素和动力学。结果表明:在单独的微波辐照或者ClO2氧化工艺和MW/ClO2强化氧化系统中苯酚的降解均符合拟一级动力学关系,其中MW/ClO2氧化系统速率常数增强因子可达到1.4,表明存在较明显的协同效应。在MW/ClO2强化氧化系统降解苯酚初始体积质量浓度为100 mg.L-1,pH值为5.0,微波功率200 W,二氧化氯初始浓度100 mg.L-1,30℃下反应10 min后苯酚去除率达95%以上,苯酚降解后中间产物处理可以不需要微波辅助,只需继续延长反应时间或补加二氧化氯即可使其完全矿化。The degradation of phenol in aqueous solution by microwave-assisted chlorine dioxide(MW/ClO2)oxidation was studied with laboratory-scale experiments.The affecting factors such as initial ClO2 concentration,MW power,pH value,initial phenol concentration and reaction temperature,and reaction kinetics were investigated.For all oxidation processes by alone MW radiation or ClO2 oxidation as well as combined MW/ClO2,phenol degradation followed pseudo-first-order kinetics.The overall reaction rates were significantly enhanced in the combined MW/ClO2 system,mainly because microwave could accelerate chlorine dioxide to generate chlorine radical(·Cl)and other reactive oxygen intermediates.The observed synergetic effects in MW/ClO2 process resulted in an increased in the net reaction rate by a factor of 1.4.The results also showed that the effect of initial ClO2 concentration,MW power,pH value and initial phenol concentration on reaction rate is significant,perfect operation condition is high initial ClO2 concentration,high MW power,low pH,and low initial phenol concentration.However,in the view of practical wastewater treatment,too high initial ClO2 concentration and MW power would be uneconomical.In addition,the increase of phenol removal rate is not obvious when phenol concentration goes up from 100 mg·L-1 to 100 mg·L-1 and microwave power keeps at200 W or 250 W.So,the synergetic effect of MW-ClO2 is obvious,up to 95% of phenol removal is reached after 10 min reaction at the condition of initial phenol concentration 100 mg·L-1,initial ClO2 concentration 100 mg·L-1,MW power 200 W,pH value 5.0,and temperature 30℃.Intermediate products of phenol degradation can be fully mineralized by extending reaction time or adding another chlorine dioxide without microwave irradiation.In summary,the results indicate that MW/ClO2 process could be very effective for oxidation of phenol in aqueous solution and chlorine dioxide is of great potential for the oxidation of phenol during water treatment.
