摘　　要：科技馆属于准公共产品,可以采取PPP融资模式进行建设和运营。PPP融资模式有利于解决我国科技馆建设资金短缺、运营效率低下等问题。随着科技馆建设需求的不断扩大,科技馆PPP融资有着广阔的前景。在梳理了科技馆建设PPP融资内涵及理论的基础上,对我国科技馆建设PPP融资的可行性进行了分析,探讨了科技馆建设PPP融资的三维组织结构及开发阶段和实施运营阶段的重点,并就我国科技馆建设PPP融资提出了相应的建议。Science museums belong to quasi-public goods, so the Public Private Partnership （PPP） financing pattern can be used to for the operation. The PPP financing pattern is beneficial to solve the problems of capital shortage and inefficient operation of science museums. With the increasing need for science museums construction, the PPP financing has broad prospects. On the basis of PPP financing theory, the paper analyzed the feasibility of the PPP financing, and discussed the three-dimensional structure of PPP and the key issues in the operational and implementation phase. Some suggestions were proposed for the PPP financing in the science museum construction in China.
