摘  要:办学思想的贯彻,培养模式的转变,教学质量的提高,最终是要通过教师来实现。基于此,提高中职教师的整体素质,对于提升中等职业教育质量具有重要意义。提高中职教师的整体水平,必须在国家级培训的基础上,大力开展形式灵活、内容广泛的省级教师培训。重点是建立中职教师省级培训体系,建立教师省级培训经费保障机制,建立适合省情的教师培训模式,以及建立中职学校校长交流和培训平台。The implementation of school-running thought,the transfer of talent cultivation model and the enhancement of teaching quality all depend on teachers.Therefore,the enhancement of the whole quality of secondary vocational school teachers is significant for increasing the quality of secondary vocational education.To enhance the whole level of second ary vocational school teachers,the provincial teaching training of flexible modes and broad contents should be vigorously deployed on the basis of national training,and the key is to build provincial training system for secondary vocational school teachers,build fund assurance mechanism for teachers ' provincial training,build reasonable teachers ' training mod el,etc.
