保障木材安全的国际实践及对我国的启示

摘　　要：在低碳经济下,木材资源逐渐成为战略性资源。与石油、粮食等战略性资源一样,木材安全问题已开始引起很多国家尤其是发达国家的关注。文中介绍发达国家发展人工用材林、废旧木材资源利用、鼓励境外森林资源开发、倡导木材消费等保障木材安全的主要经验,并提出其对我国实现木材安全的启示。Under low carbon economy,timber resources gradually become strategic resources.Similar to strategic resources such as petroleum and grain,timber security has attracted much attention from many developed countries.This paper described the experience of developed countries in safeguarding timber security,such as developing productive plantation,utilizing waste wood,exploiting overseas forest resources and timber consumption.Finally,this paper came up with some suggestions for China on how to realize timber security.
