复方中药“禽康散”对肉鸡血液免疫球蛋白含量及T淋巴细胞转化能力的影响

摘　　要：200只11日龄＂铁脚麻＂肉鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复。分别于16~20日龄和29~33日龄在基础日粮中添加0（对照组）、0.5%（低剂量组）、1%（中剂量组）、2%（高剂量组）复方中药＂禽康散＂（以下简称＂禽康散＂）,在18、25、32、39日龄测定肉鸡外周血中免疫球蛋白含量及T淋巴细胞转化能力。试验结果表明：＂禽康散＂能够提高肉鸡外周血IgG、IgM、IgA的含量,对IgG含量提高作用最明显,对提高IgM、IgA含量在第二次用药时达到显著水平。低剂量组提高肉鸡血清IgG含量的效果最好,中剂量组提高IgA含量效果最好,高剂量组提高IgM含量的作用最好。＂禽康散＂能提高肉鸡T淋巴细胞的转化能力,以中剂量组的作用最明显。Two hundred 11-day-age broilers were divided into 4 groups randomly,each with 5 replicates. The Chinese herbal medicine Qinkangsan was added to basal diet at 16 to 20 days age and 29 to 33 days age respectively,the suppliment dosage was 0 （control group）,0.5% （low dose group）,1% （medium dose group） and 2% （high dose group）. The immunoglobulin levels and T lymphocyte transformation capacity in the broilers′ peripheral blood were determined when the broilers were 18,25,32 and 39 days age respectively,to study the effect of the different dose of Qinkangsan on broilers′ immune function. The results showed that Qinkangsan could elevate concentration of IgG,IgM and IgA,which was more significant in IgG than others. It was better for the second medication to elevate theconcentration of IgM and IgA than the first. Low dose group was the best one to elevate the concentration of IgG,medium dosage group was the best one to elevate the concentration of IgA,high dose group was the best one to elevate the concentration of IgM. Qinkangsan could elevate lymphocyte transformation and the efficiency of medium dosage group was the best.
