摘  要:目的研究了超临界CO2萃取穿心莲内酯原材料中无毒夹带剂(乙醇、水和乙酸)的影响。方法比较了不同温度(40、55和70℃),不同压力(8、16和24 MPa)时的萃取过程。结果在温度最高(70℃)和最高压力(24 MPa)时所得晶体的纯度最高。单独加入3种夹带剂时,晶体的纯度随着夹带剂加入量(在5%到10%范围内)的增加而提高,当加入10%的乙酸,温度为70℃时晶体的纯度最高。当乙酸作为夹带剂时,扫描电子显微镜结果显示晶体最短最薄,X射线粉末衍射结果显示晶体具有最大结晶率。结论 3种夹带剂的加入都提高了萃取效率。AIM To study the effect of the addition of ethanol,water,and acetic acid as non-toxic entrainers to supercritical carbon dioxide on extraction of andrographolide from Andrographis paniculata Needs.METHODS Comparison among various temperatures of 40 ℃,55 ℃,and 70 ℃ and pressures of 8,16,and 24 MPa in the modified extraction processes were made.The highest purity was achieved at the highest temperature(70 ℃) and the highest pressure(24 MPa).For the three single entrainers,purities went up with increasing amounts of the entrainers from 5% to 10%.The highest purity was obtained under the condition of 10% acetic acid at 70 ℃.RESULTS Results showed that the crystal was the shorter and thinner and XRD results showed that the highest crystallinity was obtained when acetic acid was used as entrainer.CONCLUSION The extraction efficiency is improved by the addition of any of the three entrainers.
