摘 要:低频减载常采用逐次逼近的方法分级延时切除负荷,常会造成过切、欠切等问题。为此提出了用带精英策略的快速排序非支配遗传算法(NSGAⅡ-)结合小生境技术对低频减载进行优化,用基于广域测量的系统惯性中心频率作为负荷切除的启动信号,使负荷切除量在满足系统频率恢复要求的情况下,尽可能减少负荷切除总量,同时考虑负荷的频率特性和各负荷点重要程度的不同以及系统频率恢复过程与发电机组频率保护相协调。仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性。The successive approximation method which removes load step by step with delay is often used in low frequency load shedding,but often causes over-shedding,under-shedding and many other problems.This paper proposes niche technology-based NSGA-II algorithm to optimize low-frequency load shedding.And in order to minimize the total removed load within the requirement for system frequency recovery,inertial central frequency,based on wide area measurement system,is used as the signal to start up load shedding.Meanwhile,some influencing factors should be taken into account: features of load frequency,importance of different load points,and coordination between system frequency recovery and the generator frequency protection.Finally,simulation results show the effectiveness of this program.
