摘 要:Z源逆变器由于采用了独特的Z源网络,可产生逆变桥上下管直通状态来实现升压功能,适用于中小功率直驱式风力并网发电系统。分析了Z源并网逆变器的工作机理,通过采用电压电流双闭环状态解耦对输出有功和无功功率进行控制,实现了Z源网络电容电压的稳定;为提高全功率变换器的低电压穿越能力,提出了一种基于脉冲闭锁、蓄电池能量储存系统和反向功率追踪在内的复合保护控制策略。仿真结果表明运用的双闭环解耦控制方法响应迅速,提出的低电压穿越方案切实有效。The Z-source inverter employs a unique impedance network to couple the converter main circuit of the power source,it can provide a shoot-through state of inverter bridges to boost voltage,and make it suitable for a wind PMSG grid-connected system.The operation principle of Z-source converter is analyzed in this paper and an Active Reactive power decoupling method is proposed for a double closed-loop control system,which ensures the stability of voltage of the Z-source network capacitor.In order to enhance the low voltage ride-through(LVRT) capability,a combined protection and control strategy including Pulse Block,Battery Energy Storage System,and Reverse Power Tracking are proposed.Simulation results demonstrate the rapid response of the double closed-loop decoupling method,and the effectiveness of the combined protection and control strategy is proved.
