摘　　要：研究设计了辅助决策可视化系统,总结了系统实施过程中需求梳理、业务方案设计、技术方案设计3个层面的工作内容和方法。采用数据层、服务层和展示层的技术架构,采用多种数据集成、公共服务和可视化展现技术手段,研发可视化看板,涉及节能减排,同业对标,电网规划、建设、运行以及人财物管理等方面的10个业务分析场景。论述了辅助决策可视化系统对促进公司信息化发展的应用价值和下一步的研究方向。A decision-making support visualization system is designed.During the system implementation,the work contents and methods are introduced in terms of three layers： demand analysis,business planning and technical architecture design.The technical architecture integrates data,service and visualization,and the visual boards have been developed by means of various data integration,public service and visual display technology.Ten business analytic scenarios are involved： energy saving and emission reduction,industry benchmarking,power grid planning,construction and operation,and human resources,finance and supply chain management,etc.The system′s application value in advancing corporate informatization is illustrated and its future development is discussed.
