摘　　要：冬季山东半岛存在局地性降水,利用1965-2009年地面、高空观测站气象资料和NCEP再分析资料,分析了山东半岛局地性降水与西风指数、气温年际变化的关系,并探讨了其气候形成机理。结果表明,冬季风下冷、暖位相此消彼长,形成了半岛地域性降水气候,其中冷流降雪是冷位相时最具代表性的。这一局地气候现象,除半岛局地海洋条件外,环流形势是背景依据,大地形和海陆分布在环渤海和北黄海的低层大气形成区域性次天气尺度的定常扰动起着重要作用。There is a kind of local precipitation in Shandong Peninsula in winter.Using the observed data and NCEP reanalysis data from 1965 to 2009,the relationship between the inter-annual variation of precipitation,westerly index and average temperature were analyzed,and then the features and formation of local climate were studied.The results show that the regional climate formation lies in the cold/warm phases advance or retreat during the period of winter monsoon,which the local cold-air outbreak snow is the most representative in cold phases.Furthermore,except for local ocean conditions and favorable general circulations,it is also very important that the regional stationary disturbances caused by the interaction between large orography and sea-land distributions on lower-level atmosphere in Bohai and north Yellow Sea.
