摘　　要：根据煤气流量计端盖结构和密封精度要求,基于偏心定位加工技术,研制一种用于数控机床加工工装,保证加工精度,操作安全、方便、省力,提高生产效率30多倍,实现了产品大批量生产。According to requirements of gas flowmeter cover structure and sealing accuracy, a tooling for CNC machining was developed based on eccentric positioning. It can ensure accuracy and improve production efficiency thirty times more. The gas flowmeter cover can be product on a mass scale using the tooling. Operating of the tooling is safe, convenient and effortless.
