摘　　要：煤炭输送生产流程控制要求生产设备功能强、操作灵活并具有较高的工作可靠性,采用PLC控制技术,应用于煤炭输送过程运输电动机的顺序控制,说明PLC构成顺序控制系统的总体方案,从系统硬件和软件两方面分析控制系统的实时监控和安全性设计。The production equipments in the production flow of coal transportation should have powerful function, operation flexibility and better working reliability. In this paper, we apply the control technique of PLC to the sequence controlling of transportation electromotor in the coal transportation process. Moreover, we also discuss the total project how to form the sequence controlling system of PLC and analyse the real time controlling and security design of controlling system from the hardware and software of system.
