摘 要:研究了一种能够提高节流装置测量气体流量精度的智能化流量测量系统。分析了节流装置的测量原理和流体介质工艺参数对流量计算的影响,研究了实用的全参数流量补偿技术。介绍了节流装置在线补偿计算流量的迭代算法,提出了基于现场总线和工业通信技术的差压信号采集和计量数据传输技术,讨论了智能化流量计量系统方案,减小了因节流装置偏离设计工作状态引起的流量计算误差,提高了流量计量系统的精度。In this paper, a type of intelligent flow measurement system is studied, which can improve the measuring accuracy of gas flow by using the throttling devices. This paper analyses the principles of the throttling devices and the influence of the flow calculations caused by changing of process parameters. Furthermore, the practical flow calculations compensation technology for the parameters, is discussed. This article introduces the iterative algorithm which is used for the online calculation flow of the throttling devices ,and also proposed the differential pressure signal acquisition and data transmission technology. Based on the fieldbus and industrial communication technology. Moreover, the composition of intelligent flow metering system is discussed. Lastly, the flow calculation error is reduced, which is caused by the deviation from design state of the throttling device. The accuracy of the flow measurement is improved.
