摘　　要：国有资产管理存在的问题主要有管理体制不健全,监督机制不完善;家底不清,账实不符;资产利用率低,闲置、浪费现象严重;产权不清,非经营性资产转为经营性资产无法实现保值增值;无形资产流失严重。加强国有资产管理,要加强制度建设及监督机制;建立严格的清查核算制度;建立固定资产购置论证制度和效益考核评估制度;明晰产权关系;加强对无形资产的管理;采用现代化管理手段。The state-owned assets management problems are mainly management system is not perfect, supervision meehani,;m imperfect, money is not clear, accounts inconsistent; asset utilization rate is low, idle, serious waste of, property right is not clear, non-business assets into property administration cannot achieve euterprises; intangible assets loss serious. Strengthening state-owned asset management, to strengthen the construction of system, and supervision mechanism; establish strict inventory accounting system, the establishment of fixed assets purchased demonstration system and efficiency evaluation system, clarifying property right relations; to strengthen the management of intangible assets, using modem management method.
