摘 要:定义了区间粗糙随机变量、区间粗糙数的运算法则以及期望值和区间粗糙集结算子(WIRDAA).针对准则权重信息不完全,准则值为区间粗糙随机变量的粗糙随机多准则决策问题,提出一种基于WIRDAA算子的决策方法.该方法首先计算出变量的期望值矩阵,利用距离最小化建立模型求解出准则权重;然后利用WIRDAA算子求出各方案的综合评价值,通过比较得到方案集的排序;最后通过实例表明了所提出方法的有效性和可行性.The definition of interval rough stochastic variables and the arithmetic operations as well as the expected value of interval rough stochastic numbers are given.And an interval rough operator called interval rough distance weighted arithmetic averaging(WIRDAA)is introduced.For the problem with information of criterion weights incomplete and the evaluation under each criterion represented as interval rough stochastic variables,a method based on WIRDAA operator is proposed.The method calculates the expected value of variables to obtain the expected value matrix.Then a programming model is built to get the criterion weights with the objective function of minimizing the distance.By WIRDAA operator,the overall evaluation of each alternate is obtained,and the resulted ordering of alternates is obtained according to their overall evaluations.Finally,an example shows the feasibility and validity of the proposed approach.
