摘 要:在有限元软件中选用壳单元建立人工髋关节计算模型,采用分块法对其进行模态分析,得到人工髋关节的低阶模态振型相对位移云图,从云图上可观察并了解到人工髋关节振型及自振频率,为下一步研究关节活动产生的自激振动与其自振频率的关系奠定基础,也为关节固有频率在临床上对关节活动产生的影响提供参考.The computing model of an artificial hip joint was established with shell elements in Finite Element Analysis software.The modal analysis of the artificial hip joint was carried out with the way of Block Lanczos arithmetic to obtain the nephogram of a few lower mode and displacement of vibratory type.The natural frequency of the artificial hip joint could be observed and understood from nephogram,which was the foundation of the further study about the relationship between self-excited vibration and its natural frequency while in movement.It also has been proved to offer references to clinical research about the joint natural frequency's influence on its activities.
