摘 要:居住小区道路下市政管线品种日益增多,要求建成后各设施的运行管理维护方便、工程质量优良,还要兼顾地面景观优美舒适.以杭州市耀达房地产公司金鼎公寓小区的建设为例,从平面布局、管线埋设、附属构筑物等设计和施工方面阐述了住宅小区室外小市政设施的优化措施,对住宅小区室外小市政设施建设有一定借鉴意义.With the upgrade of residents' living standard and the improvement of comprehensive functions of the residential district,the requirement for the small-sized facilities is increasingly raised.The number and type of pipeline under the district road is increasing day by day.The ground landscape is required to be comfortable and beautiful.Within the limited outdoor space,the facility implementation should meet the demands of beautiful environment,convenient maintenance as well as superior quality besides its basic function.Therefore,great attention is paid to the optimum measures adopted in the small-sized municipal facilities.Based on the Jinding Residential District developed by Yaoda Real Estate Development Co,Ltd.,Hangzhou,some optimum measures for the outdoor small-sized facilities in residential district are put forward in this paper in terms of design and construction,which provides some guidance to the implementation of municipal facilities in other residential districts.
