摘　　要：借助于泰勒的科学管理思想,对油库的机构设置和定编进行了讨论。本文对油库核心子任务的工作量做了计算。通过最优任务分配模型,利用聚类分析方法将相关性强的核心子任务归类成同一岗位,再将相关性强的岗位归类成同一机构,得出了油库核心业务的机构及机构数,同时也得到了每个岗位的编制数。By means of Taylor＇s Scientific Management this paper discusses the setting of oil depot organizations and plait.The sub-task of the depot workload of the core is calculated.By adopt-ing the optimal task allocation model and through the use of cluster analysis,the highly relevant core sub-tasks are classified into the same post.The closely related posts are further classified into the same organization.Thus,the number of core business depot organizations and institutions is obtained,and the number of plait for each post is obtained as well.
