摘　　要：目的分析淮安市肺结核患者发现与治疗转归情况,为下一步开展防治工作提供依据。方法对2001～2009年淮安市结核病控制项目季度、年报表进行分析。结果截止2009年底,全市共发现活动性肺结核患者30 175例,新发涂阳患者11 859例,占39.30%;2005年之前,活动性肺结核和新发涂阳肺结核登记率呈增高趋势,2006年之后逐渐下降;新发涂阳肺结核平均治愈率达92.29%。结论实施DOTS以来,淮安市肺结核病人发现和治疗管理水平不断提高,结核病控制效果显著。Aim To analyze the results of case-finding and treatment outcome of pulmonary tuberculosis in Huaian City from 2001 to 2009 so as to provide evidence for tuberculosis control. Methods The data concerning TB control and incidence reports from 2001 to 2009 were collected and analyzed. Results By the end of 2009,there 3 0175 activepulmonary TB cases and 11 859 smear positive TB cases were detected, smear positive TB cases accounted for 39.30%; The registration rate of both active-ptdmonary TB and smear positive TB increased before 2005 and then decreased after 2006. The average cure rate of initial smear positive case was 92.29%. Conclusion After implementation of DOTS strategy, the detection and management of TB patients improved, the achievement of TB control is significant.
