南京市流动人口结核病防治效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析南京市项目地区流动人口肺结核患者的防治效果。方法南京市项目地区通过建立流动人口肺结核病的支持环境,扩大流动人口免费检查和治疗范围,为流动人口病人提供交通补助和营养补助等措施加强流动人口病人发现和管理,收集项目地区流动人口病人的登记、治疗、管理等数据,并与项目前的基线调查数据比较分析。结果可疑者就诊率由项目前的35.2/10万增加到112.3/10万(P<0.001);活动性、涂阳、新涂阳肺结核病人登记率分别由项目前的33.8/10万、19.2/10万和17.9/10万,提高到74.4/10万(P<0.001)、39.8/10万(P<0.001)和34.1/10万(P<0.001);项目实施后,流动人口治疗结果与户籍人口比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过项目执行,流动人口就诊率、登记率和治愈率均有了很大提高,治疗结果与户籍人口相近。Aim To analyze the results of tuberculosis （TB）control among floating in Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province. Methods A supportive environment for TB control among floating population in project area of Nanjing City was established. With extending the range of free check and treatment and providing transportation and nutrition subsidy for the TB cases,TB case detection and management were strengthened. Quantitative data of case registration,treatment and management＂ were collected and compared with that of the baseline surveys before the project. Results Compared with the data before the project,consultation rate of suspected TB cases increased significantly from 35.2/100 000 population to 112.3/100 000 （P〈0.001）. The registration rates of active TB,smear-positive and new smear-positive cases also increased from 33.8/100 000,19.2/100 000 and 17.9/100 000 before project to 74.4/100 000 （P〈0.05）,39.8/100 000 （P〈0.05）, and 34.1/100 000 （P〈0.05） respectively after project. After the implementation of the project, there was no significant difference in treatment o rIB cases between floating population and local population. Condusion Through the implementation of the project,the consultation rate,registration rate and cure rate among the floating population were increased significantly with similar results as the local residents.
