湖南省美沙酮维持治疗门诊医务人员现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省美沙酮维持治疗门诊医务人员现状,发现美沙酮维持治疗工作中人力资源方面存在的问题,探索更为科学的管理对策。方法以湖南省47个开业1年以上的美沙酮维持治疗门诊中正在工作的医务人员为调查对象,采用调查问卷的方法,收集基本情况、工作情况、收入状况、家人支持及对美沙酮维持治疗知晓情况5个方面的资料。结果共调查了146名医务人员,女性占59.6%,年龄(36.45±10.34)岁,初级职称者为50.0%;既往无戒毒治疗经验者占92.5%;未接受过相关培训者占39.7%;不愿意在门诊工作者占20.5%;经常为病人提供心理辅导者占43.8%。对于美沙酮维持治疗的知晓率,不同岗位的医务人员间差异无统计学意义。结论门诊工作人员整体水平不高、工作人员队伍不稳定、为病人提供心理辅导少、工作积极性不高。按照国家要求配备工作人员、加强培训和业务学习、引入激励机制、增强工作人员的积极性,建立一支技术过硬、富有热情的队伍必将推动美沙酮门诊的快速发展。Aim To understand the professional condition of medical staffs working in methadone maintenance treatmen （MMT）clinics and find out the problems of human resources of MMT and explore more scientific management countermeasures. Methods The professional conditions of medical staffs workers in 47 MMT clinics in Hunan Povince were surveyed including demographics,working status,salary,support of family as well as awareness of MMT. Results There 146 medical workers in MMT clinics were interviewed. The mean age was 36.45 ±10.34 years old,59.6% of them were females,50.0% of them had junior professional title,92.5% didn＇t have experience of drug treatment,39.7% didn＇t attend any training course,20.5% were unwilling to work in MMT clinics and 43.8% provided psychological service for outpatients frequently. The awareness of MMT was not found to be significantly different among the medical staffs. Conclusion The professional level of medical staffs in MMT clinics was generally not high and there were problems to be solved including strengthening training,psyehcological care,enghancing their work ensuasm in order to promote the MMT management to new level.
