摘  要:目的探索目标性监测多重耐药菌(MDRO)的医院感染隔离方法。方法通过建立MDRO的监测报告体系,床头挂"接触隔离,及消毒隔离措施"提示标识,采取预防和控制多重耐药菌的传播措施。结果新发MDRO株出现不同程度下降,2009年1~6月新发MDRO株分离率32.3%,2009年7~12月新发MDRO株分离率24.1%,2010年1~6月新发MDRO株分离率14%。2010年1~6月耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和多药耐药的鲍氏不动杆菌(MDR-AB)没有住院新分离株。结论通过建立多重耐药菌的监测报告体系,做到早发现、早隔离,早治疗,减少MDRO的医院感染。Aim To discuss the insulation of nosocomial infections of multi-drug-resistant organisms (MDRO). Methods The monitoring and reporting system of MDRO was established,insulation measures were adopted to prevent and control the spread of MDRO. Results The newly detected strains of MDRO decreased to varied degrees from Jan 2009 to Jun 2010. The isolation rate of newly detected strains of MDRO was 32.3% from January to June 2009,24.1% from July to December 2009,and 14% from January to June 2010. There non new strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) strain and multi-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-AB) strain were discovered from January to June 2010. Conclusions The nosocomial infection of MDRO can be decreased by early detection,isolation and treatment through monitoring and reporting system of MDRO.
