中药药浴结合健康教育对寻常型银屑病疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析中药药浴结合健康教育综合治疗寻常型银屑病的远期疗效。方法将2008年7月～2009年9月120例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组80例患者在西药常规治疗的基础上,通过辨证分型选择不同的中药药浴方(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ号方)辅以药浴疗法,结合医护人员及按《健康教育手册》对患者进行健康教育和心理疗法,与40例患者单独西药治疗作对照,观察综合治疗的远期疗效。结果治疗组有效率为81.25%,对照组有效率为60.00%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);随访6月,治疗组患者复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上加中药药浴结合健康教育,可明显改善寻常型银屑病患者的症状,减轻患者心理及精神压力,且停药后复发率低,远期疗效好。Aim To observe the the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with health education on psoriasis vulgafis. Methods From July 2008 to Sptember 2009,the 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group consisted of 40 cases treated with western medicine and observational group consisted of 80 cases treated with traditional medicated bath,western medicine and health education. The results in both groups were analyzed. Results The effective rates in the observation group and control were 81.25% and 60.00% ,The effect in the former was superior to the latter,showing significant differences （P〈0.05）; The recurrent rate after a follw-up of six months in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine in combination with health education is effective for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with low recurrence
