摘　　要：在日益全球化的今天,自主创新与知识产权作为现代经济社会两个重要的课题,存在千丝万缕的联系。从根本上分析自主创新与知识产权在现代社会的关系与作用,以及简要讨论如何在现代社会的人才培育的基地——高等院校开展知识产权教育等展开论述。In an increasingly globalized world,independent innovation and intellectual property are two inextricably linked important issues in the modern economic society.This article is the fundamental analysis of the relationship and roles of independent innovation and intellectual property rights in modern society,and it also briefly discusses how to nurture talents on IPR education on the modern base of talents—the higher learning.
