摘　　要：文章从数字图书馆资源数字化、馆藏化、数据库建设、馆际互借及文献传递过程中的著作权问题等方面，系统梳理了近几年国外数字图书馆所面临著作权问题的研究进展，又对美国、英国、俄罗斯、加拿大、澳大利亚及欧盟等国家和地区针对数字图书馆著作权问题的相关政策及解决办法方面的研究进展进行归纳阐述，最后提出了笔者的一些建议。From the aspects of digitized library resources, collection, database construction, interlending and document delivery process in terms of copyright issues, this article arranges the copyright problems systematically faced by foreign digital libraries research progress in the last few years, generalizes and expounds the copyright issues and related policy solutions for digital libraries research progress of the countries and regions such as the United States, Britain, Russia, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. Finally, the author proposed some recommendations.
