摘　　要：万密斋是我国明代著名的医学家,学验俱丰,其学术思想对后世影响深远,尤其是他的优生优育思想值得大家学习和借鉴。他认为优生优育应分阶段因时制宜、精心调养,孕胎前男女双方应调理元气,在精血充盈的情况下怀孕;孕妇在妊娠期间应调理饮食、精神和平;分娩时应谨小慎微、注重护理方法;婴幼成长当中应从身心两方面精心呵护、细心培育,为孩子健康成长奠定坚实基础。WAN Mi-zhai was the famous and experienced medical specialist in Ming Dinasty.His academic thought largely effected the medical field,and we shoud especially study his academic thought of healthy propagation and scientific nurture.WAN Mi-zhai considered people should elaborately adjust their body and spirit with four stages about healthy propagation and scientific nurture.Before pregnancy,the couple should adjust the original qi to keep enough essence and blood.During the pregnant period,the pregnant woman should adjust her eating and drinking and keep the mind quiet.During childbirth period,attention should be payde to ways about delivery and nurse.The parent should elaborately nurse their bady in the two parts of body and mind.
