金欣口服液对呼吸道合胞病毒感染大鼠Ⅰ型干扰素表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金欣口服液对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染大鼠Ⅰ型干扰素(IFN)-α/β表达的影响。方法:采用细胞培养、动物实验、ELISA(酶标记免疫吸附测定)法检测大鼠体内IFN-I表达量的变化。结果:金欣口服液预防组和中剂量组IFN-α表达量高于模型组(P<0.05);金欣口服液高、中剂量组IFN-β表达量高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:金欣口服液抗RSV的机制可能与其通过上调RSV感染宿主体内Ⅰ型干扰素的表达,从而发挥Ⅰ型干扰素的抗病毒效应有关。Objective： To study on the expression of I type of IFN- α/β of respiratory syncyntial virus （RSV） infection rat and the effect of Jinxin Oral Liquid （JOL）. Methods： Cell culture, animal experiment and ELISA were used to detect IFN- 1 expression. Results： The IFN- α expression of prevention group and JOL middle dose group was higher than model group （P〈0.05）; The IFN- β expression of JOL high dose group and JOL low dose group was higher than model group （P〈0.05）; The IFN- β expression of prevention group and JOL middle dose group and ribavirin group was higher than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The mechanism of JOL inhibited RSV maybe relate to it＇s affecting the expression of IFN-1, uprising the IFN-1 expression to play antiviral effect of IFN- 1.
