摘　　要：不孕症为妇科临床常见病,近年来,随着生活节奏的加快,工作压力的增大,其发病率有升高趋势,该病极大影响了患者的身心健康及生活质量。中医药治疗不孕症有自身的特色和优势,赵瑞华教授治疗此病经验丰富,尤其擅长治疗排卵障碍性不孕、输卵管阻塞性不孕及子宫内膜异位症所致不孕,临床疗效显著。赵教授治疗排卵障碍性不孕,注重补肾调经;治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕,注重疏肝解郁;治疗子宫内膜异位症所致不孕,注重活血化瘀。Infertility is one of the common gynecological clinic diseases.Recently,the occurrence rate of the diseases is enhancing due to the increase in the pressure of work and acceleration of the life rhythm.The disease affects the mental and physical healthy and the daily life of patients.For the treatment of infertility,traditional Chinese medicine exerts its own characteristics and advantages.Professor ZHAO Rui-hua is experienced in the treatment of infertility due to abnormal ovulation,oviductal obstruction,as well as endometriosis,and has achieved significant therapeutic effect.Professor ZHAO Rui-hua treats infertility due to abnormal ovulation through nourishing kidney and regulating menstruation;She treats infertility due to oviductal obstruction through soothing the depressed liver and alleviating mental depression;She treats infertility due to endometriosis through activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
