摘　　要：肿瘤相关性乏力是临床高发生率事件,严重影响患者的生活质量,现代医学对其治疗效果欠佳。文章主要从中医学的病因病机、证候分型、典型病案3个方面,探讨中医药治疗的切入点,揭示其可能的治疗机制,为肿瘤的综合治疗提供有效方案。Cancer-related fatigue is clinical highly incidence event,which is severely influencing patients＇ life quality.The therapeutic efficacy by the western medicine isn＇t so good.This article explores the incisivus points of Chinese medicine treatment from three aspects of etiopathogenisis pathogenesis,syndrome typing and typical medical records,so as to reveal the possible therapeutic mechanisms and provide effective schemes for comprehensive therapy of tumor.
