长圆针解结法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究长圆针对膝骨性关节炎的疗效及其机制。方法:选择出100例膝骨性关节炎患者的164个膝关节,对其采用长圆针解结法治疗,并进行(visual analogue scale,VAS)疼痛评价和(japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)膝关节功能评价。结果:患者治疗前后疼痛积分及关节功能积分差异比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),尤其对膝关节屈伸功能的改善最为显著。结论:长圆针解结法能明显改善膝骨性关节炎患者的关节疼痛及关节功能。Objective： The target of this paper was to study the effect on knee osteoarthritis（KOA） with long-round needle acupuncture jiejie method.Methods： 164 knee joints in 100 cases of KOA patients were selected to treat with long-round needle acupuncture and measured with Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） and Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA） knee rating system.Results： Before and after the treatment,there were significant difference in VAS and JOA（P0.05）,especially the flexion and extension function of knee joints had the most remarkable effect.Conclusion： The treatment with long-round needle acupuncture jiejie method could improve the joint function and relief the pain of the KOA patients.
