摘　　要：多药耐药(MDR)是导致胃癌化疗失败和效果不佳的重要原因,中药作为天然的MDR逆转剂已经成为近年研究的热点,现从中药逆转胃癌多药耐药的相关机制出发,总结国内外中药有效成分逆转胃癌多药耐药作用研究进展,期望对进一步的研究有所帮助。Multidrug resistance（MDR） is an important reason leading to chemotherapy failure and poor results for gastric cancer.Traditional Chinese drugs as natural MDR reversal agents have become a research hotspot in recent years.Since reading some articles about this,we want to summarize current studies on effective ingredients of Chinese medicine as the gastric cancer MDR reversal agents,expecting of further research help.
