摘 要:目的:研究不同产地小鱼仙草微量元素的含量及分布特征。方法:采用ICP-OES法测定不同产地小鱼仙草中各微量元素的含量,并采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对测定结果进行特征分析。结果:经主成分分析得4个主因子,其累计方差贡献率达95.03%。第一主因子的方差贡献率为41.19%,故确定其所对应的Mn、Cu、Zn和Tl是小鱼仙草所含的特征元素。聚类分析将6个样品,基本按地域性聚为2组。结论:不同产地小鱼仙草的微量元素呈明显的选择性累积和地域特征。Objective: To study the contents and distribution of trace elements in Mosla dianthera Maxim.gathered from six habitats in Zhejiang.Methods: The trace elements of samples were determined by ICP-OES.The principal components analysis and cluster analysis using SPSS 13.0 software were applied to evaluate characteristic elements.Results: The results showed that Mn,Cu,Zn,and Tl were the characteristic elements in Mosla dianthera Maxim..It also showed that the samples could be clustered reasonably into two groups and the elemental distribution characteristics were related to the habitats of Mosla dianthera Maxim..Conclusion: Trace elements in Mosla dianthera Maxim.were related to its cumulation and habitats.
