摘 要:目的:观察黄连解毒汤对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压和炎症因子的影响,探讨黄连解毒汤治疗高血压的机制。方法:雄性12周龄SHR 24只随机分为黄连解毒汤组、模型对照组和卡托普利组3组,治疗6周,检测治疗前后的血压变化,测定血清中超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、6酮前列环素(6-K-PG)、NO、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和单核细胞趋化因子(MCP-1)变化,并以同龄Wistar Kyoto(WKY)大鼠8只做空白对照组。结果:SHR血压呈进行性增高,血清中hs-CRP、ET-1、vWF、Hcy和MCP-1升高,NO和6-K-PG降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),黄连解毒汤可控制SHR血压,降低hs-CRP、ET-1、vWF、Hcy和MCP-1,增加NO和6-K-PG(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:黄连解毒汤可通过调节炎症因子水平,控制SHR高血压的发展。Objective: To research the variety of the inflammatory factors and blood pressure of Spontaneous Hypertension Rats(SHR) with Huanglianjiedu-Decoction,and discuss the mechanism to cure hypertension.Method: 24 12-week-age male SHR were divided into three groups-Huanglianjiedu-Decoction group,the model group and Captopril group in random,treated for 6 weeks,tested the changes of the blood pressure pre and post the treatment separately,measured the density changes of the hs-CRP,6-K-PG,ET-1,vWF,Hcy,MCP-1 by ELLSA and NO by nitrous reductase chromatometry for those rats,and compared with 8 WKY rats in the same age for blank control.Results: The blood pressure of SHR increased progressively.The hs-CRP.ET-1.vWF.Hcy and MCP-1 increased,and 6-K-PG and NO decreased in the SHRs' plasma.Huanglianjiedu-decoction group could control the blood pressure of the SHR,decrease the content of the hs-CRP,Hcy,ET-1,vWF and MCP-1,and increase the content of the 6-K-PG and NO.Conclusion: Using Huanglianjiedu-decoction could improve the inflammatory response and control the hypertensive in the SHR.
