摘　　要：在界定关键控制点概念的基础上,阐述了关键控制点的选取原则和方法,建立了基于关键控制点的装备作战需求论证过程质量评估模型,采用专家评估法选取了装备作战需求论证的4个关键控制点,并进行了评估示例分析,结果表明该方法可行。Based on defining critical control point（CCP）,the paper introduces the principle and mothod for selecting critical control point,and establishes evaluation model based on critical control point for equipment operational requirement demonstration course quality,then selects four critical control points for equipment operational requirement demonstration making use of expert evaluation method,and finally analyzes an example.The results show that the method is feasible.
