摘　　要：现行装备采办过程越来越难满足装备发展的需要,并行思想以其独特的管理思维与装备采办过程的有机结合,必将对装备采购制度改革起到积极的促进作用。在全面分析现行装备采办过程特点的基础上,提出基于并行思想的装备采办过程框架和具体流程,以期有效解决装备采办过程现存问题。The current equipment acquisition process is more and more difficult to meet the needs of equipment development.Parallel thinking and its unique management thinking combination of equipment acquisition process for equipment procurement system will play a positive role in promoting.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the existing equipment acquisition process,the acquisition of equipment process framework based on the parallel thinking and specific procedures are proposed to effectively solve the existing problems and equipment acquisition process.
