摘　　要：榄香烯是一种广谱的非细胞毒性抗肿瘤药物，能通过下调血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达、诱导血管内皮细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞生长等方面来抑制肿瘤血管生成。有望成为理想的抗肿瘤血管生成药物，但其具体机制尚需深入研究。Elemene is a novel universal non-cytotoxic antitumor drug. Based on downregulation of VEGF expression, induction of apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells and suppression of growth of tumor cell, elemene is becoming helpfully a promising inhibitor of angiogenesis, however, the detail mechanisms remains unclear and needs to be further elucidated.
