钦州市214例急性胰腺炎临床流行病学特征调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨钦州市急性胰腺炎的临床特点以及发病规律。方法收集钦州市妇女儿童医院和第一人民医院2005年～2009年收治的214例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料并进行统计分析。结果 214例患者中男女之比为1.35:1;胆源性胰腺炎占49.07%,其余依次为特发性胰腺炎、酗酒及暴饮暴食性胰腺炎;职业以农民及城镇居为主;临床症状以上腹部疼痛为主,伴有腰背部放射痛,多数伴有恶心、呕吐等消化道症状;动态增强CT扫描是明确诊断、严重度分级及发现并发症的准确影像学方法。非手术治疗187例,死亡4例;手术治疗27例,无死亡。结论急性胰腺炎发病因素多而复杂,胆道疾病仍为主要病因。影像学检查有助于早期诊断及严重度分级,根据病情的变化选择适宜治疗方法 ,均能取得理想的治疗效果。Objective Explore Qinzhou the clinical features of acute pancreatitis as well as the occurrence pattern. Methods Collection of Qinzhou City Women Children＇s Hospital and the First People＇s Hospital from 2005 to 2009, a total of 214 cases of acute pancreatitis in hospitalized patients for statistical analysis of clinical data. Results 214 cases of patients with male to female ratio 1.35：1 ; gallstone pancreatitis accounted for 49.07%, followed by the rest of idiopathic pancreatitis, alcoholism and excessive eating or drinking pancreatitis; professional ranks with peasants mainly urban expansion;clinical symptoms abdominal pain above the main, with or with the lower back Fangshe Tong, most accompanied by nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms ; dynamic contrast - enhanced CT scan was a clear diagnosis, severity classification and found that complications accurate imaging method. Non -surgical treatment of 187 cases and 4 cases died; surgical treatment in 27 cases, no death. Conclusion Etiology of acute pancreatitis were many and complex, remains the leading cause of biliary tract disease. Imaging studies would help in early diagnosis and severity grading, according to the changes in condition suitable choice of treatment methods, can achieve the desired therapeutic effect.
