摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法对2008年1月～2010年1月本院收治的30例肱骨近端骨折并采用锁定钢板固定治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者行锁定钢板内固定治疗,术后进行早期关节康复训练,按照Neer评分,优良率为93.3%。结论采用锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折,术后积极地进行早期肩关节康复训练,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the curative effect of locking proximal humerus plate treatment on proximal humeras fracture. Methods 30 cases of patients with proximal humerus fracture which were treated by locking proximo/humerus plate in Jan 21308 to Jan 2010 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were treated by locking proximal humerus plate and early shoulder joint function exercise were undertaken. The excellent rate of the Neer score was 93.3%. Conclusion Treating the patients with proximal humerus fracture by locking proximal humerus plate and taking the shoulder joint function exercise in early time is benefit for the recovery, the clinical effect is significant.
