摘　　要：目的　研究转化生长因子β１ （ Ｔ Ｇ Ｆβ１ ） 在正常肺组织放射损伤中的作用。方法　采用免疫酶联法（ Ｅ Ｌ Ｉ Ｓ Ａｓ） 、免疫组化、苏木素伊红（ Ｈ Ｅ） 染色和维多利亚蓝（ Ｖ Ｂ） 染色等方法观察血清和组织中 Ｔ Ｇ Ｆβ１ 的表达与放射损伤的关系。结果　照射后血清中 Ｔ Ｇ Ｆβ１ 平均水平高于照射前，差异有显著意义（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） ；不同剂量组血清 Ｔ Ｇ Ｆβ１ 平均水平亦高于照射前，差异有显著意义（ Ｐ＜０ ．０５） 。 Ｈ Ｅ 染色各组照射区域均有急性炎症改变，２０ Ｇｙ 组最明显；免疫组化 Ｔ Ｇ Ｆβ１ 蛋白的表达和 Ｖ Ｂ 染色胶原纤维和弹力纤维的改变高剂量组和观察期长者明显。结论　 Ｔ Ｇ Ｆβ１ 在正常肺组织放射性损伤中有非常重要的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF β 1) in radiation induced injury of lung.Methods ELISAs,immuno histochemical, HE ,anti TGF β 1 and VB stains were used to observe the relation between TGF β 1 expression and radiation induced injury of lung.Results The average serum TGF β 1 level after radiation was higher than before radiation(P<0.05). The average serum TGF β 1 level in different dose groups was also higher than before radiation (P<0.05). Acute inflammatory changes were more often seen in the HE group with the highest at 20?Gy.Immuno histochemical TGF β 1 expression and changes in VB collagenous and elastic fibers were predominantly observed in the high dose groups and long survivors.Conclusions Transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1),a biologic factor,plays a very important role in radiation induced injury of the normal lung.
