雾化吸入布地奈德悬液治疗婴幼儿喘息的疗效及护理

摘　　要：目的观察雾化吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德悬液治疗婴幼儿喘息发作的疗效和护理措施,探讨最佳控制方案。方法将2009年11月～2010年10月在门急诊诊治的55例临床表现符合婴幼儿喘息的患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用抗感染和止咳化痰等常规治疗,治疗组加用布地奈德悬液和特布他林雾化液,用空气压缩泵雾化器作动力,面罩吸入。对照组加用特布他林雾化液雾化吸入。吸入时间为15～20min,2次/d,5d为1疗程。治疗组在雾化前、中、后给予相应的护理干预,以治疗后5d的症状、体征变化结果判断疗效。结果对28例喘息婴幼儿给予布地奈德悬液治疗后、治疗5d后总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对喘息患儿应用布地奈德悬液雾化吸入能在早期减轻症状。此外,精心护理,正确熟练使用雾化装置能使雾化吸入达到最佳效果。Objective Probing the best solution by observing the therapeutic effect and nursing methods on atomization intake of Glucocorticoid Budesonide to treat infant asthma. Methods Divided the 55 clinic cases which satisfied the infant asthma into treatment group and comparison group from Nov. 2009 to Oct. 2010. The two groups adopted the same regular therapy of anti-infection and relieving cough and reducing sputum,etc.,whereas in treatment group both budesonide suspension and terbutaline were applied by absorbing with the mask with the motivation of atomization pump of air compressor. In comparison group,adding up terbutaline intake by means of atomization. The intake time was 15-20 min,two times a day,and 5 days per therapy process. By adding up nursing during the period before,in the middle and after atomization at the treatment group,the therapeutic effect could be judged in compliance with patients clinic syndrome after 5 days. Results After treatment of Budesonide Suspension onto 28 cases of infant asthma,the total effectiveness after 5 days was better than that of the comparison group（P〈0.05） . Conclusion The syndrome of infant asthma at early stage could be relieved by applying Budesonide Suspension,whereas the intensive care and skilful application of atomization device could enable the intake to be in utmost effective.
