断指分型分级在急诊手指再造中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨断指分型分级在急诊的手指再造中的应用价值。方法患者8例,损伤手10指。所有病例均进行分型分级和缺损度分类。对两类结果进行对比分析。结果 10例损伤手指均获得分类分级资料和缺损分度资料。两种资料有一定的对应关系。分型分级资料未出现a、b、c级,缺损分度资料中,未出现II、V度、VI度缺损。8例患者中,6例患者9指给予游离的足趾对手指进行再造,1例患者1指实行腹部皮瓣对手指进行手指再造。手术后经过良好的护理,再造的手指均成活,8例患者9指功能恢复良好。结论断指分型分级应用于急诊手指再造中,可弥补手指缺损分度的局限性,在治疗中取得良好的效果。Objective Classification of finger typing finger reconstruction in the emergency department in the application. Methods 8 cases,10 refers to the hand injury. All patients were classified degree classification and defect classification. Results were compared to the two types. Results 10 cases of finger injuries have received information and defect classification indexing information. Two data have a certain relationship. Type classification of data does not appear a,b,c-class,defect data indexing,the degree does not appear II,V,VI degree of defects. 8 patients,6 patients with 9 toes that give free reconstruction of the finger,1 patient 1 refers to the practice of finger abdominal flap reconstruction. After a good post-operative care,reconstruction of the fingers were survived,8 refers to 9 patients a good functional recovery. Conclusion Finger type classification used in the emergency reconstruction of fingers,finger defect can make up for the limitations of indexing in the treatment achieved good results.
