复发性流产患者的心理护理及干预对策

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性流产患者的心理护理体会,以提高系统护理水平。方法回顾性分析自2008年1月～2010年10月50例复发性流产患者实施的护理包括常规护理加系统心理干预护理的结果调查。结果与随机选取同期常规护理50例患者情况对比,使用心理调查表评价效果,心理干预组心理改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组治疗效果对比发现,观察组治愈率明显优于对照组,其差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复发性流产患者情绪波动大,对其进行系统的心理护理,能减少患者不良情绪发生,促进身心康复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the abortion were repeatedly the psychological nursing experience,in order to improve the system level of care. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2008 to October 2010 gynecological 50 patients with recurrent miscarriage our patients of the implementation of the nursing includes regular care and psychological intervention system the results of the nursing investigation.Results Randomly selected from conventional care in 50 patients condition,the use of psychological evaluation questionnaire contrast effect,psychological intervention group was better than control,improve psychological differences statistically significant（P〈0.05） ,two groups of treatment effect,found that the observation group contrast cure rate is much better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Abortion were repeatedly mood swings,the system of psychological care,can reduce the patients of undesirable mood happen,promote body and mind to recover,improve the quality of life of the patients.
