摘  要:本文根据单级轴流风机的特点,提出了一种以工作轮效率最高为目标、环量梯度为控制变量、同时考虑到各种气动约束、几何约束等条件的最优控制优化模型.利用耦合罚函数方法及拉格朗日乘子方法,将有控制约束、状态约束的最优控制问题转化为无约束的最优控制问题.提出了一种无须进行两点边值迭代计算的简便方法,并用该优化方法设计了变功流型的双向轴流风机,其计算效率较常规等环量流型的要高4%左右.模型风机沿叶高气流参数的实测值与计算值吻合较好,表明本优化方法合理可行,具有较好的效果.An optimal control model of a single stage axial-flow fan is presented in the paper.In the model the efficiency of the impeller is proposed as a performance index of the optimization,and the gradient of circulation(c_θr)as a control variable,in conjunction with the consideration of vatious constraints of aerodynamics and geometry.By means of the coupled penalty function method and Lagrange multiplier method,the optimal control problem with constraints of contol and state variables is converted to an equivalent one with no constraint.So a simplified computation method without two-point boundary iteration is proposed.A double-directory axial-flow fan of variabel-work flow-type has been designed by this method.The experimental data of the fan are in good agreement with the calculated ef-ficiency as well as other airflow parameters along the blade.Its efficiency is 4~5% higher than that of constant-work flow-type.It shows that the resented methods and programs are reasonable and successful.
