记忆合金环抱式接骨板治疗多发性肋骨骨折临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法:将我科58例采用环抱器内固定术治疗的多发性肋骨骨折患者与45例采用克氏针肋骨内固定术、钢板内固定术患者进行对比分析,比较2组患者住院时间、疼痛感及并发症情况。结果:2组患者术后1个月固定的骨折无1例移位。术后6个月骨折全部骨性愈合。治疗组手术时间、住院时间、疼痛感觉、并发症均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折具有创伤小、手术时间短、操作简便、并发症少等优点,是1种治疗多发性肋骨骨折较好的方法。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of memory alloy embracing fixator in treating patients with multiple rib fracture.Methods：58 cases with multiple rib fracture treated by memory alloy embracing fixator and 45 cases with multiple rib fracture treated by Kirschner wires fixation and plate fixation were analyzed;hospital stays,pain sensation and complication rate were compared.Results：The treatment group＇s hospital stays,pain sensation and complication rate were less than those of the control group.Conclusion：The surgery of multiple rib fracture through memory alloy embracing fixator has the advantages of small wound,easy operation and fewer complications,so it is worth of promotion.
