滋肾红桃汤联合强的松治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾红桃汤联合强的松治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:两组均常规给予强的松1mg·kg-1·d-1,晨8:00am顿服,持续8～12周后,每2周减5mg,至0.5mg·kg-1·d-1时,改为2天剂量合并隔日顿服,至强的松维持量时,并给予必要的对症处理。治疗组加用滋肾红桃汤,每日1剂,水煎取汁早晚分服。结果:治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组;24h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇两组均改善明显,且以治疗组为优。结论:滋肾红桃汤联合强的松治疗原发性肾病综合征更为有效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating primary nephrotic syndrome with nourishing kidney with hongtao decoction combined prednisone. Methods： Both two groups were offered prednisone 1mg·kg^-1·d^-1 at 8：00 am for 8-12 weeks, and reduced 0.5mg every 2 weeks till 0.5mg·kg^-1·d^-1, instead 2 days combined dose qod to maintain quantity, expectant treatment when necessary. And the treatment group treated with Zishen Hongtao decoction everyday. Results： The symptom was obviously improved in the treatment group. After treatment, the level of 24 hours urinary protein quantitative, plasma albumin, triglyceride and total cholesterol were improved in two groups, while in the treatment group it was better than in the control group. Conclusion： Zishen Hongtao decoction combined prednisone is a more effective way to treat primary nephrotic syndrome.
