仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎64例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予复方丹参注射液30ml日1次静脉滴注,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服仙附温阳通络饮,两组患者局部创面给予常规消毒处理,4周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程,对结果进行统计学处理。结果:对照组和治疗组的有效率分别为68.75%和93.75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效肯定,疗效明显优于对照组。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating thromboangiitis obliterans of Yangxu Harming type with Xianf~ Wenyang Tongluo yin. Method： 64 cases of patients were divided into control group and treatment group. Control group was given compound Danshen injection on an intravenous infusion of 30ml, treatment group was treated on the basis of oral fairy drink with Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin. Two groups of patients treated with conventional local wound disinfection, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, 2 courses of treatment were observed, and analyses statistically the results. Result： The total effective rate of control group and treatment group were 68.75% and 93.75%, treatment group was better than control group which had significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion; Treating thromboangiitis obliterans of Yangxu Hanning type with Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin is effective and significantly better than the control group.
