摘　　要：李显君曾就学于吉林工业大学管理学院，大学毕业后，被分配到第一汽车集团公司发动机厂（如下简称一汽发动机厂）。在一汽发动机厂的时候，李显君在工厂一线车间当过实习工人。这使他的知识面从管理学，延伸到了机械加工、装配工艺等方面。At times in an engine factory of the first automobile industry in China,Mr.Li Xianjun had once participated in assembling of 17,400 sets of JieFang(Liberation) CA141Engine.During precious practical experiences of this period,the 'Theoretical groundwork' has been provided lately for him to joining in research work in auto industry in China,which was hardly obtained by many scholars and experts in higher level education.Hereon,he has proposed for the industrial field of automobile & parts in China,the development course of innovation in freedom,and theoretical research and method of implementation practical & executable in development of industrial innovation in freedom.
