摘　　要：热塑性塑料在耐蚀性、减重和抗冲击性上远远优于金属，但是，由于在线性热膨胀系数上存在显著差异．可能无法达到汽车工程师对面板间隙公差所希望达到的配合精度。At present,auto manufactures have achieved erosion protection required by auto body and auto frame through technique of electrophoresis coating.This is a kind of technique with relatively high temperature.After electrophoresis coating auto are input to coating production line,and paint are hardened through paint furnace.Through these procedures of process,there are no any problems caused by heat deformation on traditional steel materials.
